 | | | This AM I decided to make a complete ROM with the UWC cingular version using the T-Mobile 2.26 IPL and SPL, Molski's Mobile splash screen and his Vista HTC logo with the 2.25 GSM, in other words a comlete ROM. Got stuck at 4 % (don't run Outlook when flashing ... DUH!
I officially bricked my phone as it at only the 2.26 IPL and SPL and nothing else... at all! Just went straight to bootloader screen... further attempts to flash reported device not detected on USB .... FU$K !!!
Took a chance and, get this... ran the 1.05 button install. It didn't see the phone it seemed but it went through!!! I then rebooted and flashed back to my new complete UWC ROM. Applied the opendns settings and no AS critical errors. Web is faster and more sites work. However I still can't logon to xda-developers, just keeps coming right back to the logon screen. If I put in a wrong password it tells me, but with the correct passowrd it just loops back to the logon screen... WTF?
All in all I'm happy with this though.
